Matt finally had a full day off this past Friday. Henry was beside himself to get to play with his dad all day long! Here are some pictures to document the day:
This photo above is again proof that Henry is Matt's child. When Henry woke up from his morning nap, Matt was playing Lego Star Wars on the GameCube and we quickly discovered that Henry absolutely
loves to watch. I even clipped Henry's toenails (which is usually a huge struggle) while Matt played. Matt was looking for help with the game on the internet - that's why the laptop was out (he's hardcore, I know).
For an early Mother's Day present, I received a really fun baby food maker that steams, blends, reheats, and defrosts food. While we were waiting for the UPS truck to deliver it that day, I ran over to the commissary to buy some fruits and veggies with which to try it out. When I returned, this was the scene I discovered. My present had arrived, so Henry and Matt were busy figuring out how to use it!

henry already has a better attention span than i do when it comes to video games! (except for Tecmo Super Bowl on Nintendo -- i'll dominate anyone, anytime, anywhere on that game -- sorry Henry, i have mercy on no one with that game!)
