Swimmin' with the "Fishies"

On Saturday, we visited the Baltimore Aquarium. We were surprised how close and easy to get to it was from our place. It was a lot of fun. Henry was not a fan of the backpack that the museum gave us to carry him in though. Here he is expressing his opinion:

I think his apprehension was caused in large part by the screaming kids running around in the dark museum. He also didn't like when Matt walked up close to the tanks. So we ditched the backpack, and Matt just carried him. That made all the difference. He loved it from then on. I was really impressed at how long he paid attention to everything. We walked around that museum for two hours!

Exploring the coral reef

Looking for dolphins!

We ended the day by sharing a big bowl of pineapple paradise fried rice with chicken and a california roll at the Blu Bambu next to the Aquarium. Yum! The weather was beautiful outside, so we enjoyed walking around the Inner Harbor area afterward. This has been such a fun place to live!
