Henry Is One Year Old!

Henry turned 1 on July 10. He and I relaxed at home while Matt was at work. Here he is watching Wheel of Fortune (one of his special treats of the day). He is clapping while they spin the wheel, haha. He had never clapped while watching the show before, so I took a quick picture.

Birthday Boy!

When Matt came home, we went to Five Guys Burgers & Fries for dinner. Henry loves the oldies tunes they play. Here he is bopping to the music and looking around at the signs. He does this the entire time.

On the way home, I took a picture of him at 5:41 pm which would be 2:41 California time - exactly 1 year old!

We gave him a set of wooden blocks for his birthday. Of course I didn't have any wrapping paper with me here, so I wrapped the blocks in a paper commissary bag and Matt drew on it.

After opening his present, Henry busted out some brand new dance moves. We have never seen him do anything close to this before. In my haste to document, I turned our digital camera the wrong way so you have to either turn your monitor sideways or bend your neck, haha. Sorry! This video is just too funny not to post.
