The other weekend, we drove down to Williamsburg for William & Mary's Homecoming. Liz, Brent and Avery came up too. We actually never made it over to campus for anything, but we had tons of fun just hanging out with family. Aunt Pam and Uncle Don came over Saturday night for dinner, and so did some old friends from W&M who live in town. Henry loved saying Avery's name - he kept saying, "Avewy Bee!!"

Here's one of the yummy pizzas Liz made for dinner Saturday night. She made one with meat and one with veggies and pineapple. Trader Joe's pizza dough is amazing!
I found this Strawberry Shortcake ride-on at TJ Maxx for a great price. I couldn't pass it up, so I figured Avery would get a lot of use out of it next year. In the meantime, Henry loves pushing it around. It's very lightweight (the truck he has is pretty heavy) so he could turn and back up very easily. As you can tell from this video, he is fully capable of walking on his own - he just doesn't trust that he can!We also tried to get a picture of Henry and Avery for Mom and Dad's Christmas card. Avery was happy to oblige, but Henry was pretty wary of the situation. In his defense, he had just woken up from a nap, but yes, Avery's closeness does in general makes him nervous! I love how Avery put her arm around him :-)
