Henry is modeling his new hat that I made for him. I used the extra yarn - Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino - from his baby blanket - Rambling Rows (see below). I didn't have a set pattern for the hat, I just kept trying it on his head. I braided the individual colors and made a tassel on top. I'm going to add more braids since it's looking a little sparse.I sure enjoyed getting back to knitting again! I'm going to attempt a pair of baby booties with the same yarn - there's still some green left. Of course it takes way more time to finish a project these days :-)

Krista, the hat is sooo cute! You know I love that blanket. I havent done much work on mine lately but will probably try to finish it when the winter months arrive. Not that I will be near as cold as you! Anyway, I love the hat!!!!
The blanket is gorgeous! You got talent, girl. I think Henry likes his hat! He'll sure need it in Minot.
